Before and after pictures are taken of your property to insure we know what guests are responsible for any disrespect or damages, and for any reports needed.

We also monitor your properties review's and inform you of any problems that may arise that could benefit from a deep clean, this is one less thing you then have to monitor.
Whether you want your carpet's cleaned as part of a deep clean or just on their own, we can clean one room or the entire property. We can also clean certain fabric sofas and furniture.
If we are unable to complete this to the standards we hold ourselves to we will out source to a company that can.
We will always check with you before using any harsh chemicals to remove stubborn stains etc.
Either as part of your deep clean or on its own we will do our best to give your oven a new lease of life.

Every change over we check the property to make sure that guests have been respectful. If not we will send you photos and our opinion explaining how we feel guest left your property... If needed forward this email to the necessary people.
If guest have broken anything we will get you a quote for the repairs asap,
less hassle for you.
We can give you a price per change over for the stock your property uses each turn over... Our cleaning team will bring this with them each booking.
No store cupboard needed.
Or if you wish you can order stock from us in bulk to store at your property, we aim to price match major retailers,
plus no delivery charge.
Please note we only offer stock along side our cleaning contracts.
We are here for you and your guests 24/7 should you need us. We will come out to you property 24/7/365 to deal with any issues that may arise.
If you have had problems with cleaning companies in the past, we are happy to give a reduced notice for termination should you require.
We are also happy to give an extended notice of termination, handy for if you have previously had trouble finding a cleaning management team.
All of our cleaners are fully insured for your properties and any items with in it.
