We specialise in holiday home cleaning, all of our cleaners are trained to a very high standard and paid accordingly with final checks being carried out by one of our trusted supervisors before guests arrival. As we only do serviced accommodation everything we do and the way that we work is specific to this, to give the best results for you and your guests. 

You can hire linen from us, we do all of our laundry on site to insure our linen and towels are to the highest standard. No costly set up fee, no minimum orders and no store cupboard needed as linen is delivered to the property every changeover.

Our team of cleaners will report any issues found at each clean, our maintenance team can then be booked into fix this.

We offer Dorset focused hampers for your guests, to give them the best first impression. We also offer toiletries for the bathrooms and essential stock all put out by the cleaner so no need for any big orders or stock cupboards within your property.

Bookings don't always fall on bin day and no one wants to arrive with full bins. For the best arrival we can arrange to have them emptied before guests arrive. We can also arrange for them to be cleaned as and when needed.

We can either schedule these in or report back to you whenever the property is in need of a deep clean. This can be just a generic deep clean or include everything from exterior windows to carpets and ovens. 

If guests are having a problem during their stay, small or large we will go and make sure guests are comfortable and cared for during their stay at your property. This is a 24-7 service, with this we also offer apology Prosecco and chocolates to help minimise any bad reviews these issues may have caused. Your reviews and guests happyness and comfort is of the upmost importance to us
